Several companies have made digital picture frames, including Polaroid, Kodak, Ceiva and GiiNii. The frames are fairly similar in construction, though they do offer some different features.

How do I get a usb cord for my digital photo frame

Contact the person or company that sold it to you and advise that it is not in the box. You can also try and contact the company using a google search, but it sounds like a china company rebadge, so that may not help.
Lastly, try a computer shop for a cable?

Housekeeper unplugged the frame, and now it turns on, but only with a blue screen that says 'system start'...nothing else happens

Connect the frame to your computer with the USB cable and to the AC outlet. Now turn it on. Under Computer or My Computer, look for a Pandigital (X:) drive.

If you see that drive, right click on it and select Format.
Choose FAT or FAT32 as the file system, check Quick Format, then Start.
Once it finishes, unhook the frame and restart it.

If you do not see that drive, your frame is toast. Grab your receipt and return to the store or call the company.

I put pictures on a san disk sdhc memory card unformatted & formatted the card is 4gb won't play on my kodak sp-dpf56e picture frame why?

I couldn't find very specific information about your picture frame. I did find out it is from a company called Smart Parts and it is not a Kodak frame.

If I had to guess, I would say that the frame is not SDHC compatible. What this means is that it only will work with cards up to 2gb (SD).

I saw a review site (http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews115912.html) that had a lot of reviews about how the frame does not like to read jpgs from the SD cards so this could be the issue if the one above is not.

My recommendation would be to try to use a 2gb card. If that does not work, try loading the pictures onto the frame directly from the computer.

Transferring photos from computer to photo frame

I just called the company because I have one as well. They told me that in the case of my photo frame I cannot transfer them from a pc. I need to buy a usb storage device or other devices to keep the pictures. That needs to be on the photo frame to view pictures. I am not happy with this since they should have told us that it would cost more money. I will never buy Philips again!
