Install the driver software on your system. If you don't have it, you can download it from aiptek.com under the support tab.
If you have windows vista be sure to set the setup.exe compatability to windows xp before trying to install. (Right click on setup.exe, go to 'compatability' tab, set to windows xp, click ok.) If you already installed it on vista without setting the compatability just run the setup again and choose the 'remove' option, then reinstall it with the correct compatability.
Once the drivers are correctly installed a shortcut should be added to your desktop labeled "DV TS". You can open this to check that the driver is working properly. Be sure to have plugged your camera in through the USB port next to the SD card slot.
At this point if everything has gone well, then you should be able to select it as a video source in whichever Instant Message program you choose to use. Providing that program supports webcams.
-Refer to the IM program's help file for instructions on how to select a video source / web cam.
