Sounds like the internal memory, which is 16mb flash memory is full, the sd card that you can insert and use to take pictures on is an expansion of the internal memory. Trying moving those pictures or video to your pc or deleting them if you dont need them and that should take care of the problem. I hope this helps.

keep in mind that this here might be just the driver for to make the communication between devices..for to import and manage you may still need a manager or a program ...Im not sure what this model uses..
anyway if you have the driver ..almost all photo and video managers will import from device ...
