1st You download Webcam Driver.
DRIVER CD FOR LG LPC-UC35 WebcamAfter this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

reinstall ur os,

that means that the driver is not properly installed,uninstall the driver and then try to browse the internet,type the exact detail of the driver and you will see there lots of option where you can download the driver

Your device drivers aren't compatible with windows 7. Can you connect to the internet via cable?? If yes run windows update, this should find updated drivers to run with windows 7
