Suddenly my 16 bottle wine cooler (Vinotemp VT-16TEDS 16-Bottle Thermoelectric Wine Cooler [VT VT-16TEDS]) thermostat jumped to 74 and it\'s not moving down. I change the temperature, but it comes back to 74, not cooling anything. Any recommendations on solving this problem? Regards
You may need to change the cooling system on the unit if the unit is free of dust and still does not cool.
First check the grating over the fan in the back. If it is covered with dust, there won't be enough air flow and the unit won't cool. Clean the dust off and see if it cools back down. It may take a long time to cool down if it is full of wine, so I recommend taking the wine out to test if it works.
Of course! There is a
wide variety of single cooling systems for wine bottles. We don't drink a lot of wine, but when we
have guests over I like to have the wine chilled properly. I prefer the stainless steel coolers, since
the look more sleek and stylish.

Koldfront makes a great dual zone cooler. I found you one that holds 18 bottles with
space for 6 bottles of white wine and 12 bottles of red.
You will be spoilt
for choice. There are so many
thermoelectric coolers to choose from. I
found a few well-known brands for you to browse through.
