VinoTemp VT24-G 24 Bottle Wine Cooler Questions & Answers
I have a vinotemp it stopped cooling no light and keeps making a ticking sound
You can fix this for $5. You can confirm the problem by taking the
back off and see of the red and green led on the circuit board are
flashing. They will be steady if the board is ok. The fan is usually
just rocking too like it is trying to start. The part is a capacitor
and is $5, but you will need to be able to remove and solder a part on
the circuit board. If you need the part, just let me know.

VT12TEDS display black, clicking sound in back panel
My VT-12TEDi stopped working after about six months; the common ticking sound from the controller board. After a little research, I found the 16V 1000uF 16mmx10mm capacitor (silver and black can) on the board (upper left corner) was bad. Visual indications are the typical "popped" top of the capacitor can. I purchased a quality replacement capacitor for less than $1 and replaced it. It was a very easy soldiering job that most people with a pencil iron could do. The unit works great now and I don't expect it to go out again anytime soon.
Vinotemp VT-16TEDS has light on but doesn't cool
First check the grating over the fan in the back. If it is covered
with dust, there won't be enough air flow and the unit won't cool.
Clean the dust off and see if it cools back down. It may take a long
time to cool down if it is full of wine, so I recommend taking the wine
out to test if it works.
Vinotemp 24 - keep hearing ticking sound
It's the overload protector thats gone bad. Remove the plastic cover on the side of the compressor( LG model NS30LACG). The OLP is the one on top. If you open it up you will find that it may have some burn marks from electrical arcing. The part number is on the side (P6R8MC). Do a Google search for it. It costs about 12 bucks.
I have a simmons nuflex bed that is fine except the foot wont raise. Massage works on foot, but it just wont lift. No clicking or noises when using the remote
If the foot of your Simmons Nuflex bed will not raise, there may be an issue with the motor or the lift mechanism. Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
- Check the remote control: Make sure the remote is properly functioning and the batteries are not dead. Also, check that the foot lift button is not stuck.
- Check the wiring: Check the wiring between the remote, the lift mechanism, and the motor for any frayed or disconnected wires. If you find any damaged wires, they will need to be repaired or replaced.
- Check the lift mechanism: Inspect the lift mechanism and look for any visible damage or debris that may be preventing the foot from raising. Clean the lift mechanism and lubricate it with light oil.
- Check the motor: If the motor is not functioning properly, it may be preventing the foot from raising. If the motor is faulty, it will need to be replaced.
If you are not comfortable with these steps, or if the issue persists after trying them, it may be best to contact Simmons customer support or a professional technician for further assistance. They may ask you to provide your bed's serial number and other information to help troubleshoot the problem.

What is the best wine cooler in the market?
The NewAir AW-210ED is by far the most successful wine cooler
there is making the best wine cooler overall for the price. The only downfall
is that this specific model doesn't have the highest capacity for the price.
