Hello there you i have got the same problem... play a music then go to the menu and clik on repeat then chose normal instead of intro.. that it and it worked... take care
I think the problem is not in your mp4 player but in the music, they may be corrupted or the mp4 player is simply not compatible with the musci format of those songs. Try putting in songs from a cd or various formats.

This player only plays mp3 music files not mp4 files. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet to
your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player.
For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs to
mp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and then
copy them to your MP3 player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player will
create a MP3 music file for each music track.

Ok, this means that the format in which you copied the files to the player is not supported. You need to convert the audio file to mp3 format before you transfer it to your player.
As for the episodes you bought on iTunes, I'm not sure how to go about converting those, but your player uses the .mp4 format (according to Samsung) my guess is that iTunes has enabled DRM on those files that is making it impossible to load on another player. (here is a link to some software that supposedly removes DRM http://undrm.info/remove-DRM-protection/) As far as ripping DVDs to your mobile device the best application I have found is: Xilisoft DVD to iPod Converter don't let the name fool you. I use this to rip dvds so I can load them onto my Playstation 3. It is simply a DVD -> .MP4 converter.
Normally you need to convert your video files before transferring them to the player.
Have you got the softward disc for it? A converter should be on it. Otherwise a free converter can be downloaded, if you google for it. Small free programs like 'DoremiSoft Free AVI to MP4 Converter 1.0' and there are a number of others that could do the trick also. Good luck.
I found down loading music very easy.
The playing of the track was the problem, the track was mp3 and not protected but after 10--12 secs the player stopped playing the track. Have you had this problem?
