go to mercedes dealer,prove the car is yours and they will give you the code

you may have to go to the dealer to get the proper code for the radio and they may reset the radio for you depending how good a customer you are with them.

Its inside your car manual on the left side as you open it up, it'll be a lil grey card that will have the radio code written on it... read the manual and it'll tell you how to put the numbers in.

tell shut it up for you for free

Real easy. Go to the MB dealership, proceed to the parts department give them the VIN of your car(I used my insurance card) ,they type in your VIN, few seconds... they hand you over a post-it w/ your code.

Go to your car punch in the code and make sure you press OK.

Your done ...radio works again.

P.S. I have a 1999 e320

you must got to the dealer for a radio code for you benz. sorry

If you visit your local Mercedes Dealership with the title/Registration document they will have the code for you, provided it is the original Radio for the car.
