Sounds like the warm up controls are not opperating properly. Or it is in a very cold environment. The "fuser" that provides the heat required to "glue" the toner to the paper may be defective, or the connections to it's controller or the controller is defective. Temporary solution may be to leave it "on" overnight to keep it as warm as it gets in the afternoon. Will take more electricity. But eventually it will need to be repaired, or replaced with a lightly used equivelent. It may be less costly than repair.

Exposure lamp the bright light under the big glass is burned out, try reset, by opening front door look to your upper left small access plate remove it this must be done with machine on. press the reset button if the code goes away OK. If not replace the exposure lamp if you can find one a very very legacy Minolta machine!
