ensure that the one you install is the exact model name and number, if this is correct, try unistallling once again and check one more time,

you might want to get a new cyan toner if this still fails, i dont think there is a prob in your machine, cheers

Follow these steps (per Samsung Support) to reset cartirdge error:

Press Menu, #, 1934
Screen will read: Ready, Tech Mode
Press Menu until you see Data Setup
Arrow through till you see New Cartridge, enter yes and hit OK or enter

Now re-enter Menu, #, 1934 to get back to Regular Mode

Toner Empty message should be gone!

Just open the door and pull it out the toner cartridge, inside the printer in left hand side u will find a sensor in grey or while colour , from ur finger just check its functioning (up and down function) if it fails then open the back side cover there u will find one metal plate in silver colour open it and in right hand side there are sensors the cartridge sensor is also there only in right hand side refitted it and ur problem get resolved

Sounds liKe the toner dust is bvlocking the sensors. see the following

SOURCE: lexmark e250dn printer, toner light is flashing, new cartridge

Could be photoconductor at end of life.

You shoul still be able to do a printer test print (press the arrow button).

Look on the printed pagesfor Toner AND Photoconductor.

These show as OK when new or very low count, and 100% when fully used.

If the toner is showing as 100% when you've just replaced it, either the chip is faulty, the wrong one, or if the cartridge is a remanufactured one possibly nor been replaced.
