you need to contact the wireless carrier of your phone customer service to get the PUK code to gain access to your phone again.

You need to input the PUK code first before it will allow yuo to do anything. usually PUK is printed on the SIM's packaging.. Kindly check the plastic card where the SIM was attached when hyou purchase it. It says PUK 1 and PUK 2.. Scratch the gray part and that would be your PUK code
