hi! if you have a mp3 player and cd that you want to transfer check if your cd is an mp3 cd but if your cd is just an audio cd you must download a program called cd reaper, it's all you need to transfer..good luck

Use the media converter that came with the install CD. www.usasupport.philips.com if you lost the media converter.
Convert the file you want to load to avi with a free converter IF the media converter cannot find the file in the folder in which it is located.

Go to www.usasupport.philips.com , enter in your GoGear model number, click on the exact model number, and then click on the software and drivers tab; there will be the latest version of the "Device/Firmware Manager" on the website.
