Yes, look up www.hamptonbay.com and get their contact number from them. It sounds like your transmitter (Remote) has failed. If it were the receiver the fan would most likely not work at all.
Check on top of motor, there should be a small opening with four very small (DIP style) switches.
I presume the fan is installled, so you'll need a ladder to check that, please be safe. Remove the battery cover from your remote, you'll find four similar switches there too. Combination must be the same for the fan to work. Good luck!
these fans must be reset as follows remove the battery from the remote manually turn off the wall power switch put the batteries back in the remote turn on the wall power switch press the remote buttons...if this doesn't work let me know
if you have connected power directly to the fan motor and it doesn't turn...replace the fan. However, also check the switches on the fan as you may have bumped them.
