I turn on my mp3 and it says that theres no songs on it. then i get "Error! Reformat Internal Media as FAT16". what do i do.
Go to my computer> properties>hardware > device
manager >universal bus driver>right click on it> update

I opened Windows Vista and used the Disk Management from Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management... If you notice, there's a drive on there with unallocated space (same drive letter as your MP3 player). Right-click that drive and select New Simple Volume. Make sure it's FAT and not FAT32 and begin the format. Mine works great now! Hope it works for you =)
