How to program Honeywell thermostat for remote sensor

I have a Honeywell thermostat model TH8110U1003. There is a remote indoor sensor connected to the thermostat which the thermostat seems not to recognize. I believe the thermostat was not programmed to accept the remote sensor. I tried to program the thermostat but cannot get the thermostat to setup function 0340 which is the remote sensor. Can someone help me to program the thermostat?

Honeywell TH8110U1003, No heat reading, only two dashed lines, please help asap!

Sounds like the tstat communicates with a wireless remote sensor on the heating unit. The dashes usually mean there is something blocking/interupting the signal. Maybe another wireless device signal crosses its path.

http://www.pexsupply.com/Honeywell-TH8110U1003-VisionPro-Thermostat-1-Heat-1-Cool-3909000-p YOU MAY FIND THE ANSWER HERE BUT IF NOT YOU CAN FIND IT RESET BUTTON IN THE (FURNACE?) UNIT. THE REASON HONEYWELL WILL NOT GIVE THE INFORMATION IS BECAUSE THIS CONDITION USUALLY MEANS THERE IS A PROBLEM IN THE SYSTEM AND GAS IS NOTHING TO FOOL AROUND WITH. FYI HAVE YOUR IGNITER CHECKED OUT.
