Open door while working and check water is coming out of the jets in the spray arms. if so, remove spray arms and clean. fault may be caused by debris in the end jets which being at an angle are used to turn the arms by the water spraying out. this is not related to water temp. only way to check this is to open up at the end of heat cycle and see how hot water is

poor pump pressure could also cause the problem

Water coming in dishes not getting cleaned enough.possibly not coming out of the sprayer and spin blade

Look inside the spin blade and see if there is food or paper inside of the spin blade exit holes blocking it from spraying and spinning. Also if the spin blade is not aligned with nozzle which sprays water into the blade it will not work. I have had both happen several times. Sometimes dishes or pans pushing against the spray nozzle will also miss align the spray jet so the water does not get into the spin blade. I have also had the spin blade be completely worn and would not spin creating the same problem you've had so I had to replace it. Hope this helps.

Top blades Will Not Spin

Hi - I will suggest verifying that there is enough water pressure coming into the unit. When was the last time the filter was cleaned? Do you noticed if the spray arm will rotate freely or if it is damaged? If so, you might have to remove and replace the spray arm assemblies. If any proves to be ineffective, it could possibly have a communication problem coming from the main control board, I would suggest contacting a professional technician to diagnose the unit accurately.

My dishwasher (GLD5850L000S) doesn't clean because none of the blades are spinning. Water is coming out of them with great force - the little holes in the blades are unclogged, but they just do not...

Hi, W/D here.

Look again at the spray arms. They have slots on the edges of them, near the tips of the arms. Thats what causes them to spin. Most likely, your clogs are there. If you can remove the spin arns, do so, and clean everything over the sink. You'll find it easiest to clear any plugging by back washing it with the sink faucet. Use a toothpick to help dislodge the debris.

My dishwasher will fill with water, but when the wash cyle starts it does not sound like the blades are turning it makes noise, but does not wash

remove the occilating blades and rinse with water
water needs to go through the blades for them to spin, so if no water is flowing through them you need to clear them.

The upper and lower blades will not spin; not cleaning dishes

You will more than likely find that the holes in the arms are clogged with food you will need to remove these and unblock all the holes on both arms and replace them the arms usually come of by unclipping or on some machines there is a nut at the base centre of the arm wich you will need to unscrew first then pull them off.after you have unblocked and cleaned the arms then replace and it should work. All this above is assuming the machine is takeing on water to check this start the machine give it about 3 or 4 minutes and check if water is in the machine if there is then do the above if no water then let me know and we can investigate further.

Dishwasher not washing very well

usual reason is that the arms are not rotating freely - they only turn by water jetting out of angled jets. blockages are not always obvious as blockage material tends to go out of sight when water pressure off. favourite culprits are rice and sweet corn

Spinning arms stationary

problem is usually debris in the end angled jet of the spray arm which is used to turn the arms. take them outy and patiently clean. very common problem
