Neff S5443 dishwasher needs to be reset
If the machine is pumping when on but door is open this indicates that water has gotten into the base (under the tank) and activated the flood safety device. You need to get the machine out, pull on to a towel and tip forward ('lift back feet off the floor approx 45 degrees and let the water flow out. This we deactivate the safety and the machine should now work ok.

Not filling with enough water
If you remove the lid and looking at the front of the d/w take of the lefft side panel, at the right bottom on the side you should see a pressure chamber with some micro switches and a red lever. This is possible blocked along with the hose that is attached to it (to the right, behind the chamber) clear them both and retest with the side panel off to check for good flow and to make sure you have not created a leak.
Good luck
Dishwasher will not empty water and has
Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due
to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that
the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is
present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and
drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump
completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller &
clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the
complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps...
Please post back for any further assistance.

E15 indicates the anti flood device in the base of the appliance has been activated.
Unplug the appliance.
Take the cover below the door off.
Take the insulation out of the way.
Remove any water in the base that is lifting the float.
Once removed, try the appliance again. Watch through the open inspection panel to see if the appliance is leaking.
If the float isn't up activating the switch then the switch, wiring or control board is faulty. Check the float and check the switch.
Your machine is still under warranty so you do need to be careful about what you do.
Trying to repair it on your own may invalidate the warranty.
Hope helps.
The dishwasher doesn't clean properly
Lots of possibilities...
1. the sprayer arm might be sticking and not moving, or moving very
little. Check to see if you can spin it by hand. Listen when the
machine is running and you should hear the sound of the spray changing
as it rotates. Check for items that might be jamming the arm like silverware, cups, jar labels, etc.
2. the little holes in the sprayer arms could be clogged. Need to remove the arms and clean them.
3. If it has a spray arm in the top rack, check to see that the piping for that is not broken or missing any pieces.
4. Any filter screens inside the plumbing could be clogged. This would slow down the spray and result in the dishes not getting rinsed properly. Check the inside of the machine for any foreign objects (see #3 above).
5. The machine might not be emptying between portions of the cycle. After the wash cycle, see if it is draining by either checking for water coming out of the drain hose or by opening the machine before it should start filling up for the rinse cycle.
6. Machine could be overloaded. Or loaded with extremely dirty dishes. Or with foods that are hard to clean like grits or oatmeal.
7. The machine could be improperly loaded. Bowls or platters blocking the spray. Tall objects like glasses and jars should not be loaded into the corners of the racks. The corners do no get a lot of spray and tall items can end up dirty.

using a tx20
driver remove the pump cover (remove filter and looking down into sump you will see screw at approx 10 o'clock), check for obstruction, may be a piece of glass etc so go careful, remove any debris and check the impellor turns ok. The unit will not drain without this cover refitted but you can check impellor is rotating whilst it is off. Check all outlet hoses, particularly the spigot connection under the sink if this is how it is fitted, Good luck
