SOURCE: Motor not working on Delta table saw: I just got a

Ok, the motor turns, but throws sparks on the brushes. This is normal to an extent for universal motors used on that type of equipment.

Try reassembling the saw, and put a blade on it, then try it. If it runs, try cutting a piece of scrap 1x, both crosscut & rip. If the motor can't hold the load, you may still have to replace it.

SOURCE: I have a delta 36-600

In my Delta table saw the motor and blade turns but it can't cut even MDF, the blade stops as motor runs super strong. It seems to be a clutch problem but I am not sure other parts such as belt, gears or ... involved. I appreciate any help.

HOW DO YOU UNLOCK THE ARM ON A DELTA MITER SAW 36-075, IT IS NOT A STAND BUT THE ARM ITSELF?

Here is a link to an exploded parts diagram and instruction manual for that saw.
Normally, all that is required is that you unscrew the handle and turn the table, then lock the handle in the desired position. But as with many older saws, the table may become jammed with dust and foreign objects and need to be cleaned and lubricated in order to work properly.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.

Delta Side Kick table saw will not start,

If there is no response at all, check the circuit breaker on the motor. There is a heat triggered breaker there. That is the most common cause of this. If that is not the case, please update this and we'll look further.

Can I mount a Delta 36-T30 T2 30-Inch Fence and Rail System on my

I just installed a Delta T2 fence on my 10" Craftsman Table Saw. It's 27" deep. The bushing either could be relocated or you could use spacers on the front, back, or both on the saw to get the required distance. Also, you'll have to drill new holes, however, I used one of the existing holes in the front and back of my saw as well.
