Checlk the oil worm gear is driving the pump. If this isnt the problem then try the following:-

The type of oil pump fitted to these models is prone to getting blocked.
Remove the oil pump. The gear on top should turn freely, give the pump a clean and clean the oil pipe to the tank by removing the oil cap and blowing through with an air line. If the oil in the tank contains alot of dirt, empty/clean and replace. The filter on the oil is an open plastic cage type and often will draw large sawdust particles through it. Easily rectified tho.

Can I use a universal oil pump on my 1992 isuzu trooper Ls 3.2

The original equipment part number for your oil pump is 8943745104. Any aftermarket oil pump that fits your application will work. I have installed universal oil pumps but they did state that the vehicle I was working on was covered. See if the packaging has specs on pressure in lbs. per square inch or kPa. Use that as a guide to see if it truely will work for your ride. The oil pressure on your car should be 392 - 550 kPa or 56.9 - 80.4 psi at 3000 rpm and at normal operating temperature of about 80 degrees C or 176 degrees F. If you need a conversion calculator just google it. Good luck.

Nissan XTRAIL QR20 OIL PUMP NOT WORKING

New oil pumps will not work until they are primed . Pull the pump and remove the gears cover Fill the space around the gears with Vaseline / grease and replace the cover/pump. When the engine starts to spin the gears will move the Vaseline out into the oil galleys and create a vacuum which will suck up the oil. The Vaseline/ grease will disperse back into the sump with no ill effects. Ensure the oil pick up pipe is securely in place.

OIL GAUAGE NOT WORKING

first, i assume your talking oil pressure gauge
second, if so , how do you know its the gauge and not the pump, lines or electrical.....
i suppose if youve run it for more than five min with the gauge not working its not the pump lol
pull the oil pan and check voltage at pump, its likely either the wiring to the pump, the pump itself, or the the wiring for the gauge

Oil pump

oil pump is driven by the camshaft gear by an oil pump drive shaft located under the throttle body/intake plenum. the oil pump is located inside the oil pan/engine block.

Motor oil spewing out of the intake manifold of a 05 road king when it's running

"Spewing out of the intake manifold". Check you oil tank. If the level is really low, it sounds like the scavenge side of your oil pump is not working. If the oil is coming out of the intake that bad, the engine is full of oil.

The Harley oil system is a "dry sump" type of system in that the oil is not carried in the crankcase like in the Japanese bikes but rather in an external oil tank. The oil pump has two sections in it. A "feed" section to pump oil into the engine and a "scavenger" section to pump oil out of the engine and back to the oil tank. If the scavenge section is not working, the pump will pump all the oil into the crankcase but it cannot pump it back out. When this happens, the oil is blown out of the crankcase vent system and into the intake manifold.

You need to check the operation of your oil pump.

Good Luck

I have a 1997 Chevy Blazer that has oil, but no pressure

There's something you can do to check if the oil pump is still working screw off the oil filter and start it only for a few seconds if oil shoots out the pump is working if it doesn't the pump could be clogged or it lose prime if it's working check the wire going to the oil pressure switch may be broken.
