I suggest that you burn the images into cd and watch them watch them where ever you want. If the machine got usb connection you can use external/flash desk instead. Hope this well help you.

Monitor blackout on hp f1905e how do I trouble shoot to see if worth repairing?

All of the above solutions are many months old, and not specifically for your problem!

Here is my best suggestion: find a friend with a computer, and take your monitor to their computer. Replace their monitor with yours. If an image displays and things look normal, then the problem is not your monitor, but your computer's video display gear.

At this point, contact the PC's manufacturer to find out if you are still covered by a warranty and, if not, what they would charge to repair the problem. Or, if they would provide an estimate free. Or find a local computer repair company (Geek Squad, or something similar) and see what they charge to diagnose and repair.

But you need suggested resolutions that are more recent than six months.

Cheers,
-a.

WILL NOT CALL OUT SAYS TO CHECK ISDN LINE WE ARE NOT USING ISDN LINES WE USE THE INTERNETWhat's your problem?

When you use the internet you are using a connection to your ISP (Internet Service Provider) over some kind of line whether it is a phone line using a modem or a cable for a cable modem. ISDN is just another way that you connect to the internet. ISDN stands for Integrated Services Digital Network. ISDN is a digital phone connection system and is often used to give you higher and more reliable service. So, what they mean is to call your phone company and ask them to check your line, that is all they mean. Remember, the Internet itself is just a huge set of connections using an unbelievable number of types of connectivity from phone lines to space based relays and how you get there is through whatever line you have set up between you and your ISP. Does that help?

I really don't think you need this these days.

Networking Configuration A network architecture is a set of standards for how computers are physically connected and how signals are passed between hosts. Some typical network architectures are described in the table below.
Network Architecture Description Ethernet Ethernet is a wired networking standard and is the most common networking architecture used in LANs (both in business and home networks). Dial-up Modem Dial-up networking is a common way to connect a computer (often your home computer) to a remote network, such as the Internet or a business network. A modem on each computer uses the phone lines to send and receive data. DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) DSL is a fast-growing alternative to dial-up networking to connect to the Internet. DSL uses regular phone lines to send digital broadband signals. ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network) ISDN is another alternative to traditional dial-up that can be used to connect to the Internet or to directly communicate with another computer connected to the ISDN network. ISDN is more common in Europe than in the U.S. ISDN can use regular telephone wiring, but must be connected to a special ISDN network. Wireless Wireless networking uses radio waves or infrared light (with the air as the transmission medium) to send data between hosts. Wireless networks are common in homes, businesses, airports, and hotels. Most wireless networks connect into larger wired networks (such as LANs) which are in turn connected to the Internet. Communication between hosts on a network generally takes one of three forms:
  • Simplex--one-way communication from a sender to a receiver.
  • Half-duplex--two-way communication between two hosts. Communication only travels in one direction at a time.
  • Duplex--two-way communication between hosts. Communication can travel in both directions simultaneously.

remove the adapter from your computer and look at the chip for the serial # or product #, or look on the original packaging. once you have located your pruduct # do a google search for "_______ drivers" or go to www.driverguide.com and seach for it. If you reply back with the pruduct # of your adapter i'd be happy to search the web for a driver and give you the link.

Reprogramming

Open Internet explorer and type the ip address of the router in the address bar and hit enter. (it should be 192.168.1.1) The setup page for the router should open. Click "Advanced" then click "ISDN Configuration" then click "ISDN Parameters" You can enter the new SPID's the phone company gives you there. Good Luck, El Duderino
