Paper Jam The paper trail won't sometimes take and lift the paper. And when it does the paper moves 1-3inches to the toner section, there it get stuck and it makes some funny noises. Then it says please remove the paper, have removed the paper tried to fix the problem. But I may have discoverd the problem why it won't take the paper sometimes, on the left side on the paper trail it points abit out, have cleaned most of the intake wheels. Need answer fast need to be up and running as fast as possible.^^

I think you have a problem with the arm that is attached from the drum to the drive gear of the drum.It happen sometimes that that arm or the mechanism that retreat and locked to the drum when you open and close the door is faulty.The arm hep to unlock the drum when you open the door to remove the drum unit.Now if you insert the drum unit that machanism do not lock the drum in possition that cause the drum not to rotate and cause the PAPER JAMS.

You have to open the left panel of the fax and inspect the mechanism.
