Instead of trying to install the driver from the CD. Download the latest driver from here and install it:http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/ML-2150#content2

replace a new fuser

Your Laser unit at the top section where the paper exit is faulty. You have no choice but to change it.

The printer is telling you it is the wrong toner not an old toner this is either because it is the wrong toner or a fault with the printer has caused it to think its the wrong toner, try taking out the toner and putting it back in again, then try replace the toner with a new one. if this doesn't work the printer is probably got a broken component.

Did you check the fusing section from back door? When you open the rear door you can access the fusing unit (hotest place!!!). Sometimes the paper stacks below the stripping pawls of hot roller and you can't see it easy. Look harder! Pull out the whole paper tray and check below (printer bottom) for paper sheet. Lift upper cover and remove cartridge. You will see little green lever. Lift it up! Look for piece of paper around the little black pawl (paper sensor after registration roller). Restart printer!

Lubricate all gears and shafts inside the machine. There is an idle gear on the top back motor "where the paper comes out" the nylon it is made of shrinks causing the gear to seize on the shaft resulting in jamming. Super glue the fuser output rollers to their shaft. the rubbers on the output roller expand and slip when heated (usually after printing a large document) printing one page then resting/cooling down the problem doesnt occur. the idle roller on the duplex feeder also breaks off.
