Secure Digital (or SD) memory cards are one of the most popular forms of digital media storage. When using SD cards with a mobile device, you can set a password to protect unauthorized users from viewing the files. However, sometimes, you may lose the SD card password. If you have access to the mobile device, recovering the password is a simple process. If the mobile device is not present, the only way to recover the password is to reformat the device.

Select the "Find" option. Type "MMCSTORE" in the space provided. Connect the mobile device to the computer via either a Bluetooth connection or the connection cable that came with the mobile device. Send the "MMCSTORE" file to the computer. Rename the "MMCSTORE" file "MMCSTORE.txt" on the computer. Open the "MMCSTORE.txt" file on the computer. Run the SD Formatter application. Select the SD card from the drop-down menu and click the "Format" button. Formatting the SD card will reset the password. Hello, If you cannot log on to Windows by using a particular user account, but you can log on to another account that has administrative credentials, follow these steps on how to do the trick: 1. Log on to Windows by using an administrator account that has a password that you remember. You may need to start Windows in safe mode (Which is pressing F8 at boot up).
2. Click Start, and then click Run.
3. In the Open box, type "control userpasswords2?, and then click OK.
4. Click the user account that you forgot the password for, and then click Reset Password.
5. Type a new password in both the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and then click OK.

one of the reason to that is maybe your phone is reformat or reset and the sd card is not removed in the phone...unfortunately ,there is no gadget that can removed or read password from memory card but there is a gadget that can corrupting your card then reformat it to use again but all of your data will be lost...go to a cellphone shop and ask if they have password remover (but actually its not remover ,its corruptor) to fix your problem..next time ,if you will reset or reformat your phone ,removed your memory card first..i hope it will help you ..thanks

As epsiman suggested you to format it ,it will not work since you forgot password and with password a memory card is not detected on any computer,you mst reset the password before.Like below from faq section will give you instructions to reset the password:

my memory card wants password but i did not create password in my memory card.so my memory card is locked.how can i solve this problem?
