My DLP TV shut itself off & won't turn on, help!

I purchased a Samsung, DLP TV model HL-S5065W, on 09/04/07. at theWalmart Store in Westchester, Ohio
ST# 2309 0P# 00002396 TE#67 TR# 03426
The TV was operating & shut it-self off automaticaly. I read the troubleshooting guide & unplugged the TV for severale minutes but it still won't come-on. The " Indicator Light Key " on the front is blinking.
What should I do ?
Plse. Advise.

The 3 lights on the tv are there to help you diagnose the problem. There should be Timer, Lamp, and Temp. If all 3 are blinking, the LED may be defective. If standby and temp are blinking, it's a problem w/the cooling fan.

I have just replaced my projector lamp on my50 dlp samsung tv. when i switced it on the power is getting there but then turning itself off and the warning light is showing on the panel. any ideas?

Are you sure that you purchased the proper lamp? Quadruple check that you've connected it properly and that there are no shorts from unwanted contact between leads/traces. If you had to solder anything, then make sure your soldering job didn't short two traces together.
The warning light is sometimes in relation to too much power running through the set, and then it shuts itself off to protect the circuits from basically bursting into flames.

Why is my 42" dlp tv turns itself off after awhile?

the power supply is not working fine. your tv needs preventive service so that semiconductor, diodes and capacitors are changed on the power supply before it switches off completely on its own.
do it fast
