When i torn my phone on with my o2 sim its asking for a restricion code,but when i put virgin sim card in it works,but i dont want virgin i want o2 .
Hi what is your mobile model? i Think your mobile is locked to virgin Sim due to this it wont accept other network sim in it .to solve this you must unlock it .codes are the simplest way to unlock your mobile .to get codes visit prounlocking.com here they ask you the imei number of your mobile .finally they send you codes to unlock your mobile.
You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

You may tell them that you are switching providers and legally they MUST give you that code.
