bad lid switch, open the lid a few inches and close it down,if you do this a few times and don't hear a clicking sound the switch is bad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZAbg9uftos
check the motor coupling,if the coupling is broken you'll hear the motor run but the agitiator won't move and no spin, the coupling connects the motor to the transmission.watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9K1KHEogf3c
Check the drain hose if to low to ground if so raise hose up to even with the tub top or two thirds up on machine. Some washers don't spin until water is drain out first then the pressure switch turns the timer to spin. Hope this may help.
Your drain filter is clogged with debris. Usually small items like
dirt, paper, money, and much more. Clean the filter and you should be
set to go.
