Hold down the forward track button >> for 10+ seconds and the code will reset itself. Then go into the menu and reset the access code for yourself.

You don't realize the info you give out to the world,
is for security reasons?

If you have no info that came with an owners manual, then
your off to a dealer to prove you own the vehicle & get
the code

Make sure you ask & write down how to install it

Call first, to see if you even need a code or have
other issues

How do I find the security code for my Matsui VP 9606 VHS Player

Try this

Unplug from wall for 30 minutes, then plug it in again. Power it on, and then PRESS CH UP & REC/QTR BUTTONS TOGETHER on your machine ~ (haven't tried it via the remote) Should then come up as "Pin OK" on the blue screen

I don't think it will give problems after that. Should stay unless you unplug for 30 minutes, the buttons won't reset the video.

Model-m 255 clarion installed in a pontoon boat. RADIO WAS WORKING JUST FINE, THEN I INSTALLED A (NEW) BATTERY FOR MY BOAT, HOOKED EVERTHING BACK THE SAME WAY. NOW, I HAVE POWER BUT (NO) SOUND...

Disconnect all the speaker leads and then hook one speaker (a new, known to work speaker) up directly to the radio using a short (6"-12") piece of speaker wire. Does that speaker work then?

There is a disc jammed in my cd player and the tray sometimes opens and closes but wont bring the disc out

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Locate your CD player’s manual Eject button. It is usually a small hole located underneath the CD drawer.

Use a stiff wire, a paper clip or safety pin—into the hole. Push gently and the drawer should open partway. Gently pull the drawer the rest of the way open.

Remove the CD and see if there is a problem with it. Most CD player drawers get stuck when a CD is warped or the label is starting to peel. If the CD is warped, discard it. If the label is peeling, remove the label.

To open the CD player top to remove the cd/CD manually--

  • Unplug the CD player and take the outer casing of the CD player off. This entails either taking out two or three screws or simply sliding one of the pieces of plastic in either direction.
  • Locate the disc loader cover. The disc loader cover is located where the extending CD tray finally comes to rest within the CD player. It’s the part that holds the CD loader in place.
  • Bend the two tabs outward that hold the loader in place. This is a delicate procedure because you don’t want to hurt the device. The tabs are relatively easy to break since they're plastic in most cases.
Points to remember while performing above steps---

 Before you remove the CD player cover, try turning the device off and then back on to see if the disc will come out after the machine has rebooted.
 Use the opportunity while you have the outer casing off to clean the lens of your CD player.
 Never work on an electrical device that's still plugged in.
 Opening a CD player may negate the warranty. Read your warranty carefully before you proceed.

Please do rate the solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks

How do i intall my amp?

first you need to run a power cable for the battery to where ever you are going to place the amp DO NOT hook the cable to the battery until the very last just wire it to the amp for now.next you will want to ground your amp hook the ground wire to the amp and the other end to a solid piece of metal in the car this is very important if you don't get good metal on metal contact you'll blow a fuse. If you can hide it well strip back a bit of carpeting and use sand paper to remove all paint from the metal and drill a hole for a screw. once that is finished you will need to run a remote wire from the amp to the car stereo usually these are the blue wire on the harness in the dash. once that is hooked up run the rca cables (reds and whites) plug in to amp and then in to back of cd player. once this is all hooked up and fully secure hook the power cable to the battery make good contact and if everything is grounded right you should get the lights on in the amp. Next step hook up the speakers run speaker wire from the amp to your speakers make sure negative goes to negative and positive to positive or you'll get clipping and it will sound like ****. that's pretty much the jist of it. if you have any questions let me know.
