Press the clear/reset button.Unplug the unit wait 5 minutes and plug it back in.If the alarm is still on the keypad is shot.If you don't want to replace the keypad(if problem is not resolved) remove keypad and disconnect the alarm

Thanks for using FixYa. Open the cover, move the cartridges to the centre, and then press the pad of absorbent paper towel onto the waste ink pads. You can locate the waste ink pads to the right of the cartridges. This will absorb a lot of ink in the pads and that will remove the warning after you reset the printer waste ink tank counter. You can reset your Canon Printer by following this procedure—

1) With the printer powered off but connected to a power source, press the Power button while pressing and holding the Stop/ Reset button.
2) When the Power is lit, press the Stop/Reset button two times while pressing and holding the Power button.
3) When releasing the Power button and the Stop / Reset button (regardless of order), the printer will move into a service mode. (Waiting for menu selection)
4) When the on/off lights in green, press the Stop/Reset button 4 times for waste ink counter reset.
5) Turn off the printer.( it must be turn off) then turn it on again.

Also if you are using the Refillable ink cartilages stop they always cause major issues

Did you clear the codes existing in the unit? (Press and hold the learn button; LED light will stay lit for approx. 6 seconds.) If you have remotes that have dipswitches, pop the battery cover off and make certain that all switches are set identically in each remote. Now, press the learn button on the main unit and immediately release. While its LED light is lit, press the button on ONE of the remotes only. They will ALL be programmed at this point. Now, press the learn button once more (quickly and release) and enter your number code on your keypad and press enter. It should be programmed now, too.
I was having a similiar problem, and this turned out to be the solution. Before, I was programming both remotes, not knowing as I did so that by programming one, and then another, I was UNprogramming the the first as well as the keypad.
I hope this works for you. It did for me.

the easiest thing tpo do here is take it to a professional but if you want to try updating your software off the Motorola website. (this require a data cable or bluetooth in your computer) This fixes a lot of software problems with the razor. If this doesn't work then you will have to reflash your Firmware which is like the Windows Xp of the phone. This does require a professional as it can destroy the phone
