I bought the samsung YP-U3 last two month. At first I easily can transfer the songs but now i've tried hundred times to connect to pc/laptop to transfer the songs but couldn't succeed then I tried update driver Universal Serial Bus controllers but the computer cant find the driver too, it always appear on the screen " unknown device". could anybody help me, if any body have the driver of Universal Serial Bus controllers I think it will do. Poor me :(
Press and hold the button while plugging the other end of the USB cable into the YP-Z5.
When the display shows USB Connected, release the button.
The device is now in USB mode.
When through, you must safely remove the USB device.
Note: To safely remove the USB device, right click the USB icon ( ) in the bottom right of your screen, and then click Safely Remove Hardware.
Upon disconnecting the device, it will return to MTP Mode.

The Samsung YP-U3 is an MP3 player that comes in various colors. This device has a built-in USB plug, so it's not necessary to have a cable to transfer songs from your computer. To transfer songs to your device, you will need to use a PC. If you don't have the Samsung Media Center installation disc, you can download the software from the Samsung website.
Instructions
Install the Samsung Media Center if you have not done so. This is the software used to transfer songs to the YU-P3. The installation disc comes with the device. Simply insert it and follow the on-screen prompts.
Insect the bottom end of your device. You'll see a hidden USB plug on the end. Push it outward to extend it. Plug the device into your computer's USB port. This is usually on the front of the tower. The Samsung Media Center will automatically start after a few seconds.
Locate the file you want to transfer to the device. The Media Center's screen will display the MP3 (and other audio) files currently on your computer. When you find a file you want to add, click on it.
Click on the "Right Arrow" button. This transfers the song to the device. Repeat to transfer more songs, if desired.
Right click on the green USB icon on the right-side of your taskbar. Select "Safely Remove." Unplug your Samsung YP-U3 when prompted.
Hi I understand your concern. Let be more specific about this issue. If the songs what you have in your MP3 player is DRM protected, it can't be transferred moreover it won't work. Cause of DRM conflicts.... But you can transfer the non-protected songs into your computer. All you have to do is
Connect your device into your computer. Go to My Computer. Find the device, which is detected there. Right click and Explore it. Where you can find the folder which is corresponding to your musics. Explore it and transfer into your local HDD.

Then use Windows Media Player to transfer the songs.
I bought a Samsung YP-U3 . It had the installation cd .When plug to usb port It's charging but it shows disconnected...the samsung media studio and my pc don't recognise it, allways ask new samsung YP-U3 found. when i give the path to cd it dint get. Please help me....
