I Need Service Now Please I've Purchased New Straight Talk Phone & Unlimited Service Card On 6/12/2012 & Still No Service ,Waited 24 Hours For serviced To Be Transferred & Still No Service & I'm Sick Of Talking To a Computer , Please Help It's the Only Communication I have ,My Phone service should Have been Transferred By Now I Have No Service & I'm Going To surgery Tomorrow & Need My Service ! I Have My serial Number To Activated ,Please Help !!!!!!

i have the same phone and which has the same problem i rang customer service to see if they could help they told me to try my simcard in a different phone and the sim works no problemwithsim they told me it could be the phone that is broke only had the phone 3 month

If the wrong PUK code is entered 10 times, then the sim card becomes permanately locked and you will need a new sim card. You can either purchase a sim card from an AT&T store or an authorized reseller for around $25, or if you can find a prepaid GO phone for cheaper, you can use the sim card that came inside of that packaging. With the new sim card, you can contact AT&T customer care from another phone or visit your local AT&T store and switch the sim number on that line on the account from the old sim card to the new one.
