Stuck in Bios administrator password screen
SOLUTION -1.
You can reset bios password in two ways.
1. Open back cover of laptop,
2.Pull cmos cell from motherboard, wait for 15 minutes then put it back.
3. The computer will not ask password.
SOLUTION -2.
Using jumper settings
1. Find the jumper on the motherboard named clear cmos it has 3 pin .1-2-3
2. Place jumper in 2-3 position.
3. Then put it in 1-2 position again.

we did not design it or make it or have magic hacks for it.

you hijacked a 7 year post
you failed to say you lost the BIOS password.
did you buy it this way , lost pass or stole the PC, we don't know what you did, or how.
here is list of steps.
1: ask dell.com (yah think?)
2: look on youtube for hackers on this PC.
3: google for hackers,
4: many googles land you on Pay me $25- $75 scalping fees to unlock a PC, well do so.
after all that is the penalty for not writing it down in the first place or using BIOS or worse HDD encryption passwords in the first place.
there is your answer, and varies by every model ever made.
(read that is 1000s of possible cures)

Sounds like memory to me.... take memory out and try 1 stick at a time until you find the problem ram.
