MP3 Freezes on "System Loading" When I turn on.

I have tried letting the battery run out and recharge, hitting reset, even tried to find some software to reload but nothing seems to work. Everytime I start it up it still freezes. I can't even find where to send it to get repaired or how much it would cost. Can anyone assist me???? Thanks.

What worked for me was, first downloading the firmware then formatting the MP3 player. Im sure that I did it backwards but it worked for me. Good Luck.

Loading issue

Have never worked on this model but on any other make you would be at main board replacement stage I'm afraid,.Sounds like microprocesser ,eprom fault.Sorry but not cheap fix by the sounds of things, how old is unit, any chance is under guarantee. You could try bringing it back to where you bought it,.

System locking up, I can't do a thing

Try taking a toothpick, and at the bottom of your mp3 player, there is the usb insert port thing, but then there is this little hole to the right...it's the reset button. After you hit the reset button, just let it charge.

Zen Micro

Sounds like it may be the index in your Music Library. Try going into Recovery Mode; remove battery, hold power switch to ON, replace battery, release power switch when the Recovery Mode screen appears on the screen. Run Option 1 CleanUP, after it completes run Option 4 Restart. You will get a Rebuilding Library screen when it reboots, that's normal, then it should go back to your startup screen. Good luck and let us know what happened
