If you have installed LEO Privacy, you can used your reserved number to track and find it. What's more, you can block and delete your private files to protect you privacy. This anti theft feature is really awesome and it have many other great features.

My favorite app for this is droid lost app. On the Google play store. You can sometimes install remotely to phone depending on settings. Can wipe phone memory clean. Take picture of person who found or took your phone. Can set off an alarm if your near it after you use the gps phone tracking feature. And a whole lot more.

Just take your phone off of the plan, get a new one, and then put it on the plan. if someone stole it, then you're probably not going to get it back. good luck
