2 minute cycle seems to be running, but motor/pump sounds "locked up". Instead of washing, I just hear a humming sound, then at end of cycle it rinses a little with very low pressure, but does not drain. Washer slowly filling with water if I continue to run it through the cycle.

Well, while I must admit that "Percussive" maintenance, sometimes works, as you have discovered there is more to servicing than, just "Giving it a good whack" lol.
The problems with these units, is usually to do with the Thermostat, and/or the Main Controller Board, the MCB, is prone to "Spikes". "Surges", and mains borne problems.
The first thing to replace should be the Thermostat and or sensor thermistor. Usually we replace the Thermistor, or Temp Sensor, and, try that first, and if no go, then the Thermostat itself, and then if no go, the main Board. I provide you with a parts supplier below. Below that is the Jackson support website to assist you. Please contact them, and ask for a referral to an authorised repair center. Then ask the repair center for a "Quote" for the repair before allowing any work to commence. If you do not wish to DIY.

However it is my professional recommendation that you call a professional to attend to this matter.

sounds like a wiring problem but it is controled by a thermo to make sure you get to the proper tempt . so ck the connections and mke sure the thermo is good . . and the element is good . ..hope this helps mm .. ps run the dishwasher at least several times a month as sitting to long is not good for it . ( once a week would be even better ..) mm
SUDS LOCK (Overdose of Detergent detected during the Wash Cycle)
The motor control unit senses a suds lock condition by analyzing the current draw on
the drive motor. If "Sud" is displayed a potential suds lock is detected. This may
signify a bad pump, an extra heavy load, excessive detergent, or excessive suds.

Potential Causes
• If too much detergent was used, run the unit through a Rinse/ Spin cycle then a
Normal cycle without adding any detergent. This should clear the unit of the
excess detergent.
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check Wire Harness connections to the Drain Pump, Pressure Switch, and
Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check/ Clean Drain Pump Filter of foreign objects
• Check Drain Pump
• Check the Pressure Switch
• Check CCU
