My dad has a nokia navigator and we use outlook for our business diary i would like to try and put this on his phone any ideas please

Hi...
You must have data cable for both device, nokia pc suite, bb desktop manager and outlook.

1. use nokia 6233 pc suite transfer contact from nokia to outlook in the system
2. use blackberry desktop manager transfer contact from outlook to blackberry phone

Had the same problem with my dad's mobile.. Took out the battery & sim and put them back in (sort of resetting the entire system).. Worked perfectly..

try this. If it did not work, then you need an actual repair place to flash the phone for you.
with the battery out, connect your phone to the computer. Then put in the battery and then the charger. Then press the power button for a few seconds. See if your computer recongnizes the phone. If it does start the Nokia software updater and try to reflash your phone. Good Luck..

Nokia has default security code: 12345.

Please try it. You will be asked the restriction code every time you insert new SIM card.
