Hi, i have checked your phone has not been reported lost or stolen so i can provide you with the phones master code but you need to know the following.

1 if you have entered the wrong code more than 5 times then the phone is hardlocked and no code will unlock it.
2 depending on the phones firmware will depend on wether the code will work or not.

you can try the master code for your phone but if this master code dont work it means your phone is hard locked and can only be unlocked using leads and software and you will be very lucky to find someone who does this as its now illegal to do this.

Hi your only option is to call your phone service provider. No it doesn't come with the phone and the phone never has its own puk code because the puk code is about the sim card.

if you put in another sim card the phone will work just fine, its the sim card 3 times pin code wrong puk code enabled pin blocked, call service provider to get it and entry instructions.

If you receive a code without the #pw+ at the beginning or EG +1# at the end, then you need to add this to the code before you enter it. For example, if you receive 418636523456123, then the code is actually #pw+418636523456123+1# (Should normally be +1# on the end).Please note: You only have 3 attempts to enter this unlocking code.
