Sony Ericsson W910i Unlocking Instructions
Warning : Do not enter any wrong unlock codes on your Sony
Ericsson W910i mobile phones. If you enter over a certain amount of
wrong unlock codes on your Sony Ericsson W910i mobile phone, your phone
may get hard locked and sometimes become unusable.
1 -
Switch ON your Sony Ericsson W910i
without any SIM
Card,
2 - Press the
left arrow key/button
once,
3 - Press the
button * twice,
4 - Press the
left arrow key/button
once,
5 - The message "Personalize with MNC2" will appear, (or you will have
displayed an unlock menu, select the lock you want to unlock)
6 - Enter the Unlock Code.
If your Sony Ericsson W910i does not have a left arrow button/key(e.g.
Sony Ericsson W950i) and on a few phones(not all) that have a "JOGDIAL"
you must press the "down arrow" key/button instead of the "left arrow"
key/button for step 2
Mine has just started doing that today. Took it out as normal when I spotted a good picture/video moment... and nothing...
You press the button on the side and it stalls then brings up the white screen with camera icon then it goes back to normal phone mode straight away. Same with going through the menu. Sometimes the white screen will come up and disappear quickly, other times it will freeze the whole phone for 10-20 seconds before coming up and disappearing quickly!
Phone went back to manufacturers last year for an upgrade when it decided to keep switching itself off but has been fine since then till today.
i can not start my W910i camera since two months. i try from menu, side bottom & qucik key bottom, but it is not open.
all my camera does is brings up the screen with 'press0 for help' and freezes for a bit. I have doone the update and still not working, any suggestions
