There might be some unread message in your phone, or sometimes this problem occur due to overflow of phone memory.So, during this we need to format the particular phone.Make back up all important files and do it.Tips type *#7370# when the phone is in normal mode or Select "Restore All" from the phone setting.Good luck

Does your phone gets restarted frequently or only when you connect it with PC?
If it gets restarted frequently , your phone memory may be low. Move the files from phone memory to Memory card.

There are two things that can be wrong here. One is worse than the other.
It could just be that the charger cord has been bent and worn to where it has a break in the wire and can not get charge to your phone.
Or your phone might have something wrong with it's charger port.
You can go to a phone store and see if they have a charger for you to try so you can figure out if it is something wrong with your charger cord or your phone. If it is your charger cord that isn't working then you will simply have to replace it. If it is your phone that isn't working, then you might ask an electronics place if they can fix it or else you might have to replace your phone.
