Read the manual, go through each step after you find out what trunking system they use in your area. Without knowing the trunking type you are lost. Radio reference.com can help you find out.

My BCT8 Scans great on conventional scan as well as Truck Tracking. Only issue is that it will occasionally stop on a Trunking Frequency, and then won't start again. Not sure if there is a setting or not....

trunking usually incorporates a data frequency. sometimes it is stationary, and sometimes it is random. depending on the radio system in your area, it may be one or both. if it is consistent, just l/o that channel. i seriously doubt it has anything to do with your receiver or the firmware. Trunking is supposed to be hard to track, that's the point. the problem you're encountering is part of the system.
i would try to research the trunking system, if you can find that out, you can narrow down if it's a data channel or not. anything that is broadcast on the data channel (verbally) is also on another channel. just l/o.

How can i read the check engine codes on a 2000 dodge caravan 3.3l v6 without a code reader

No Code Reader or Scan Tool ,was OBD1 Vehicles, from
1983 thru 1995

1996 thru 2013, you need a code reader & keep in mind there
about 900 codes on any veh & a code reader will only see Generic
ones, those being PO Codes

You need a professional scan tool or note book software to access
most of the systems

Also you can have big problems that the codes don't lead you to
or help you.

A code reader is a must for at home & are only about $60.00
BUT--you really need hundreds of dollars in factory service &
mostly diagnostic manuasl or you can keep the hood closed

If you don't continually educate yoursel,f you won't be able to
do a thing on todays technology.

Helm.Com has your maunals
I have purchased them for every veh since 1965 some 47 yrs

Some virus enter my pro camfrog now the serial not work

you should try to:

1. Reinstall the software
2. do a Virus scan
3. check that your virus program is a legit Virus program
(some virus programs contains malware, virus trojans aso. and doesn't protect your computer)
if you dont know if your virus program is legit, try some free programs like(for private, not business):
a. avg

c. Avira AntiVir
4. you have a bought a fake or downloaded a fake and the CD-key/serial has been closed.
(some sell fake software on the street)

How do you start to program a bct8 800 mz scanner

Programming conventional frequencies into the scanner's PRIVATE bank is simple, but programming trunking systems is a detailed process that will take some research and probably some practice. The best instructions for both types of programming are found in the factory operating manual that you can download and print, at no cost, here:

I am trying to program my Uniden BCT8 to track LTR systems but having problems.

LTR systems must be entered in a specific order so that channel 1 is 1st, channel 2 is 2nd etc...
Are you sure that the BCT8 tracks LTR systems? A Radio Shack PRO 92 tracks all 3 trunking systems (analog) including Motorola and LTR, while some Uniden only track 1, and some don't do trunking systems at all.

Motorola mts 2000

MTS2000 software will operate on Win98 and possibly XP, depending on the revision number you have. Yes, you can clone if the model number is the same. It will clone the entire codeplug of the radio. (Note: you will not have 2 same serial numbers. These are unique to the individual radio.)

Programming

If its just a normal frequency then select Hold/Resume and press the arrow keys until you find the selected channel, then program in the frequency for example 130.000 you have to make sure the decimal point goes in with the frequency then press (E) then press the arrow key up to go to the next channel and program and repeat steps.
Then select scan you may need to activate the banks so when scanning just press 1,2,3,4,5 so next to the bank icon all 5 should be up.
