Hello. I contacted you earlier, your email went to my spam. I missed it and cancelled . Sorry. The problem. I have is a ghosting picture of a program I watched earlier. The problem comes and gos. Hopefully you still have my previous email with details. Had this TV for several years. Problem just happen recently after using the DVR feature for the first time.

Sorry but I can't see any previous questions from you to my email but anyways lets proceed to your problem..

If you are watching TV shows and the picture is ghosting kindly try to play a DVD movies or anything that having video on your DVD if the picture is fine when you play a DVD movies your TV is in good condition you don't have to worry about..If the picture is fine when you play a DVD let me know and I will give you next step of troubleshooting..

However if you play a DVD but still picture is ghosting there something wrong with your TV..

If you are using DVR then when you back to TV it become ghosting..It is possible that you hit the wrong button on remote..you can also try to restore factory settings to correct all possible wrong set up and also to to auto scan your TV to get back all channels clearly..

    Hello Chester. I am using two inputs on this TV, component one for satellite TV and hdmi one for blue ray. No broadcast air. The ghost comes and gos on both inputs. It started after I recorded a sports broadcast on composite one to the dvr. the one and only time I used dvr. This was done via laptop streaming from the internet. Wondering about a reset, maybe a way of to disconnect dvr ? Board replacement? Hoping for some sort of a solution. I also
    deleted the program and reformatted the dvr,s hard drive.

    To reset the previous settings kindly try to restore factory settings..Press menu then find factory default or restore factory settings then press enter..That was the helpful procedure to determine if the problem is on the settings..I think there is something wrong with the resolution set up..

    try to restore factory settings then back to me after if not help..

Hello, Stan -

If an email message with an attachment with the manual you requested from some website was sent to you, did you check your email Junk / Spam folder? The message may have landed there.

I see you posted an earlier message asking for an instruction manual in PDF format for an Alcatel 5009a. Is that what you need? I did not see a reply to that question.

I would treat this as a phishing email, with the sender hoping you will respond and give away your account details.
You can always contact Amazon security as they would probably like to investigate these emails.

Try resetting your computer to an earlier date in time before your email was hacked and see if this doesn't solve your problem? Go to start and then programs and system tools and look for restore system. Then just follow the instructions looking for an earlier resoration point for your computer. The restoration points are darker larger number on the calendar of dates that the computer will give you to choose from in this area. The computer will do the work for you if you follow the instructions. After it restarts, your computer will be normal again as it was before the problem started with your email.

Hi, It is not your fault that your mail to your friend entered spam. Email service providers usually have that issue especially yahoo. Gmail is better in that it accepts most mail without spamming then. Mails in spam folders are usually automatically deleted after some time on Yahoo. What you need to do is tell your friends who use Yahoo to include your name in their address books. That way, when they get mail from you, it will not enter spam. You can always check your "Sent" folder for a copy of the mail you sent earlier that didn't get to them.

Yahoo emails go to spam
Check your list of blocked addresses to see if their emails have been blocked. At times, when I check messages, I accidentally mark them as spam without realizing.

You can view your blocked addresses by clicking on "Options" and then "Blocked Addresses" To remove a block, just click on it and then click on "Remove Block".

they have got their email settings so that it will not allow attachments to be opened, this is found in tools if they are using outlook express.

But if the email comes back you have not sent it to the correct address
