While it's flashing unplug your TV from the main power source for 15 seconds,Then press Valume Up and Channel Up, while holding it plug the TV back in, you should see the TV Turn on. How to Reset Your Sharp LCD TV TV Repair

i could be that the rechargeable batter is weak. try replaceing the battery for a new one. also check that the connections for the battery are clearn.

Sounds like a power board reset switch gone bad. Have the power board replaced.

the flashing green light is ethernet.

tried to check first the power supply if no any sign of bulging electrolytic capacitor this was a common that we encountered trouble.

I'm afraid you have gotten the Yellow Light of Death ( YLOD ) you will need to have your PS3 repaired by a technician or you can Google YLOD and you will find a repair guide.

Replaced any capacitors on the power board that have domed tops.

Most likely this is an output problem. But I have had 1 PS3 that had a bad hard drive and it wouldn't even load to the XMB. So try another hard drive and see if that works. Even a swift smack to the old one may work. If that doesn't work try the video out reset.

Reset the Video Output Settings. While the PLAYSTATION 3 system is in standby mode (red light on the front of the system), hold down the touch-sensitive On/Off button on the front of the system until the system goes into standby mode again . (So the light cycle would go from: red light to --> green light --> then back to red light) This will ensure that you have held down the On/Off button long enough to reset the Video Output Settings. Once you turn it back on, it should work fine.
