Hi again, When the machine is turned on, open the steam tap until approx 100mls of water comes out. The pump will sound really noisy, until the water starts to come through. Then the pump should not sound as loud. Dazza REPAIRER

How do i prime my keurig

the message prime means the machine has lost it's prime or flow of water to the heating chamber. Lift the reservoir off it's seat then reseat it again. This will clear the prime message. If it repeatedly comes back then your machine has died. If in the year warranty, call Keurig and they will ship you a new one.

How do i decalcify prime?

Priming and decalsifying are two different issues. To prime, direct the steam wand into the tray and turn the water on. Once it has "primed", the screen will change and you will be done. To decalsify, you can use the starbucks decalcifying solution and follow the instructions on the box. Hope this helps!

Machine won't prime

Try lifting the water tank, then setting it back in place, and then priming the machine.

Am unable to prime water pump

Water is not being drawn from reservoir into boiler. The valve at the base of the boiler seems to function properly. After repeated attempts, I am unable to prime pump and fill boiler with water.

I have a Saeco Incanto RS Espresso Machine. The prime light is on, but the machine won't prime. Very little water of steam comes out of the wand.

You need to manually prime it using the priming bulb that came with it. Instructions are in the manual. Remove water tank. Fill priming bulb. Hold priming bulb on water inlet. They don't inter-connect, so just hold it on there as best you can. Turn the machine on, turn steam knob on, and gently, slowly squeeze the bulb to force water into the machine. It works best when the machine is cold, because you want to get liquid water in there, and not have it displaced by steam.

Prime it

1. Open the steam knob all the way.
2. Turn on the pump (coffee Button)
3. Turn on the power to the machine.

The machine will start to pump hot water out from the steam wand. When you get a steady flow, your machine has been primed.

Priming problem

Make sure you try to prime right when the machine is turned on, so that there is no boiler pressure making it more difficult to prime.
