connect the hdmi to the tv (hdmi input 1) and to the receiver (hdmi output) you must make sure that the receiver input settings are assigned correctly. Then hook up all of your devices to the receiver. remember that the 1508 dosent do hdmi upconversion, so if you have any devices that are NOT hdmi, you need to run rca cables from the output of you receiver to the input of your tv. If you have any digital inputs coming out of your devices, i would recommend using them. your 1508 has two inputs that are assignable. If all of your devices are hooked up to your receiver, and its hooked up to your tv properly, just turn down the sound on your tv, and turn up the volume on your denon!
the noise is the speaker protection switch ( reset relay) disconnect all speakers see if it stops if so then conect speakers 1 by 1 untill you find the crossed speaker could just be a crossed wire best of luck
Speakers have what they call an ohm rating. Your 570 watt receiver is 570 watts at a certain ohm load. I would imagine there might be a level difference between the 3 different speakers on B too. Anyway, if the speaker pairs have all different ohm ratings, or they are not the optimum rating for your 570 watt receiver, you will not get the full wattage rating to the speakers. Hope this helps.
Hi, this is a power board issue. remove the cover and make sure that this unit doesn'thave blow fuse. if the fuse is fine, you will then need to replace the integrated power/ main board.
Hi
Remove all speakers cables or wires and check all from behind the Receiver. if there are any loose terminals or any metal object in between the terminals.
though it might be a coincidence that you have a problem in the Receiver.
unplug the power cable from the wall socket and remove all cables.
after you remove the cables plug the power cable in the wall socket and try if you see the protection displayed , the receiver needs service.
Good Luck
Regards
depend on what you wants to do. if you wan to get sound from your tv on receiver connect out from tv to in on receiver if U have optical out from tv send this to optical input on your receiver and set up your receiver to impute to digital HDMI carrie sound and video...
(My Denon receiver set-up shows an HDMI cable going from the Video Out on the TV to the HDMI MONITOR OUT on the receiver) OUT TO OUT don't make sense ...could be out to impute you may have HDMI going from receiver to TV and other HDMIimputs on receiver to use receiver as distribution unit say you have satellite HDMI, DVD HDMI, Computers HDMI IMPUTE all of this connected to your Receiver and the HDMI monitor out from your receiver connected to TV so now you may select any of this sources to wach In your TV and lessentrough receiver speakers
You will have to disconnect the B speaker wires and disconnect the speakers and measure the wire with nothing on the wires as it sounds lkike you may have a pinched wire or shorted wire somewhere, or the B speakers one or both are bad. I am leaning towarods the shorted or pinched speaker wires. I say this because if there was an amp problem, it would happen on the A speakers too as the speaker A and B is nothing more then a switch to turn the desired speakers on and off. Good Luck
