My tablet will not power on & shows no signs of charging

Lithium ION batteries are usually rechargeable. The use mode for these batteries is that there are a set number of recharges that equate to the life of the battery. Usually that life is approximately 1,000 charges.
If you use your battery to 50% then recharge, you can do this ~2,000 times. As the life of the battery is used up, the maximum charge lessens which means where you may have had 8 hours of play time when the battery was new, you will only have 6 hours as the battery life is used up.
In order for a Lithium ION battery to recharge there must be at least a small amount of charge left as a "seed" for that recharge. If you drain a L-ION battery down to zero, it may never recharge again or the max charge will be reduced to an insignificant amount of the original full charge. eg instead of 8 hours you may only get 15 minutes, or 5 minutes, or no minutes.
You are much better off recharging when 50% depleted than using it up til your product stops.
L-ION batteries cannot be repaired only replaced. Most cheap products using L-ION batteries cannot have their batteries replaced.

My kindle only goes to half battery and it keeps makeing me restart it

Could be it needs to be reset. With Kindle turned off, push power button and hold for 15 seconds. This will reboot it to its default settings and usually fixes problems. If it doesn't help, check to make sure the charging cord doesn't have a short it it. You can check it by plugging it into the kindle and watch the charging icon on top right. If it it shows no charging while wiggling the cord around then the cord could be bad. If not you would need to replace the battery.

Pioneer tablet TBT-7R1-K

I had the same problem. Instead of scrapping it, I bought an extension cord to use it around the apt. I keep it plugged in as I use the tablet, and it charged fully!!! I've run the battery power down, recharged it, and it holds. I found a way to charge it by buying a $1.69 extension cord. Now it's working normally.

IPad 2 not taking a battery charge

Three possibilities:
1. Worn out battery (rechargeable batteries have limited life span, then need to be replaced)
2. Bad charger
3. Bad cord
All three of these can be purchased and replaced.

My tablet wont charge unless turned on but battery is so low it wont turn on so cant charge it up.heeeeeelllllpppp

You Power Cord must be bad. If you cannot get on the laptop by using just the power cord, then the power cord is bad and needs to be replaced. Also it sounds like you've been operating off your battery since the power cord is bad, but now the battery is dead because the bad power cord was not charging it.

Get a new AC Adapter and Power Cord. Or it could be that the pin where you plug the power cord into the table is damaged or broken.

How do I charge the iPad battery.

USB hubs typically don't generate the 10 watts necessary to charge an iPad when it's connected to your computer. This basically means you can't use your laptop to recharge your iPad.

Apple recommends finding an AC outlet and using 10-watt power adapter that came with your iPad.

Toshiba without battery

1. If the batteries are dead then there's no way that you can charge them again. You're better off purchasing a new one. You can purchase one online by visiting the ToshibaDirect website or by calling them on 1-800-316-09202.

2. Yes, you can use the power cords to run the computer. Just plug them in using the power cords even with the batteries removed and it should work fine.

3. Yes you can but you might experience some current fluctuations. This is negligible on a CMOS battery though.
