It has USB port, so just copy the file over while you connect it to your computer with a USB cable, make sure your computer supports USB ver2.0 or above, to get the fairly good speed of file transferring speed.
You may need to install the driver/applications that came with the camcorder to get the recorded videos and pictures copied to your pc.
you can find the introduction manual here, http://resources.jvc.com/Resources/00/00/91/LYT1591-001D.pdf

By connecting your vid cam via USB data cable to your computer, after that access the vid cam folder in your computer and then look for the video folders of your vid. cam and start copying and pasting vids. from that folder to your computer(either paste it on the desktop screen or to a pre-made folder in your computer).

Cannot Get Video onto PC

The "static" still image is a default jpeg written to the SD card by the camera (at low resolution) which should be a still of the first frame of the video capture. There should also be a .mov file which is the video itself. How you find it will depend on how you connect the TZ3 up to the PC, presume by cable or is the SD card put into a card reader?
In any event when viewing the files on the PC from the drive which is the Camera device , look for .mov files and the still image file should have the same file name as the mov. eg.
P00000001.jpg (still of the first frame of video) aswell as P00000001.mov (the video itself).

Canon 400D

I'm fairly sure this camera takes a CF card from what I have read... I would use an external CF card reader and move my information back and forth this way -- just like files to a disk drive. I would however make sure I used the same filename and picture size resolution when moving files back to the camera. It may/may not work depending on how the camera treats the files.

Playing a video on your PC should be as simple as copying the files from the camera to your HD and playing them. You may have to download a particular CODEC for your media player -- but that is all there is to it!

Help me! import to PC

I don't think it will be possible to import moving image (live video). I have got a digital camera and all of those pin cables, but the result is nothing. The only one way (at least I suppose that) to do what you want is to have a web cam. Those cams are specialized devices to import moving image to computers.
