It will not go to the page,as it is a auto load page. (ie for files only.) It will auto download to your PC the following file SBPCI_WebDrvsV5_12_01 scan it , and then run it. Great. God bless. John.
if this one ( http://support.creative.com/downloads/download.aspx?nDownloadId=1843 ), does not work please provide model number (eg. CTxxxx) (written on a sticker on the backside of the card or the card itself) or go to Device Manager right click on the"unknown hardware" > Properties > Details and write down the text in the first line (eg. PCI\VEN_xxxx&DEV_xxxx).
