Frustrating, as our manual is lost in the house. What I figured out is to take of the easy straps through the slots first. The tricky part is to get a grip on both sides of the tabbed front fasteners, twist and pull at the same time and they come out. I hope this is understandable.
I have a Dorel crib
Without the part number for the crib I can't find you a link to a manual. Dorel is the parent company but the crib is probably a Safety 1st brand item.

If this is actually branded as Dorel then you have to contact customer service at the following. Dorel has quite a few divisions and seems even worse to find anything on their web pages.

Hello Lorrraine. Have you tried the charge then discharge regime. You charge it for a minimum of 12 hours then discharge it using a lamp and wire or similar but NOT the car (As this does not discharge it completely) Do this 3 times and it should sort out your problem. If it doesn't then it is the car wiring.

Just wanted to tell you I found out thi crib has been recalled. I ost my manual to and called the 1-800 number on the sticker on bed and they told me it has been recalled and they are sending me a new crib.

You posted this in the Toy category, likely why this wasn't answered. This TV should have attachment points at the back of the TV ( might be covered by caps). Remove caps if there are any and then you can attach the TV to the stand with screws/bolts
