I noted some slight corrosion on one of the (spring) battery contacts. I used a Dremel tool to clean this up (some sandpaper on the eraser end of a pencil would also work). Inserted the new batteries and she has been resurrected!

Pull the legs out manually, sometimes when the dog falls over or is stores, the legs go weird. The head should fix its self when the dog is turned on.

We bought Biscuit and the legs turned in and he just laid there so we called Hasbro and they sent us another Biscuit and he did the same thing as the first one so I called them again (Hasbro) and they said it was out of warranty and there was nothibg they could do for me so now were just out of the money we spent on it and the kids have no Biscuit to play with I DO NOT recommend this toy to be bought for any child what a disappointment it is!!!!! I pulled the skin back and the legs were bent inward. They are plastic framed legs and cannot be bent back into shape. Any thoughts on where to get replacement parts for him?

Depending on which leg is bent, you should be able to move all legs so he sits properly in a sitting position on the floor. If this fails then lie him down as the legs can be moved while he is turned off.

Try and screw the battery cover right flush to the compartment. Alot I have seen the covers do not sit flush and only half the toy works but this has normally fixed it.

There is no way to reset it no. I have a problem with mine and to the point of stripping it to the bare bones with can not be done by just anyone we can hope that one day our dogs will snap out of it.
I did fix a friends. Her battery cover was faulty and the screws were not deep enough so didnt go flush to the compartment. I made the screw holes deeper and screwed it right down and its worked fine every since.
