Most of these are made in China, I doubt you can easily find one unless the toy came with a parts replacement list and location. You may be able to go on the internet and located a replacement part location or look on Ebay to see if someone is selling them.

It may be broke so go to toys r us or where you bot it the clerk may know what's wrong

I think you could reset him he may change a little or hold his young sensor and pull his tail to 2 to 3 seconds

Just fixed my sons after my older brothers tormented it. You have to pet it on the head till it goes through two or three stages and gets heart eyes. About 15 minutes.
