much fun as jumping on a trampoline can be, they come with serious risks. Some of the more popular injuries that can
result from trampoline use are: broken arms/legs, concussions, lacerations and
abdominal injuries. Some of these can be
avoided by allowing only one jumper at a time, while others may be
unavoidable.
Here are a few tips for good posture when using a trampoline. 1.Bend your knees when you jump. 2.If you put your hands up or out, bring them back to your side when you land. 3.Try and keep your body straight when you jump. 4.This is the basic technique. Once you get good at this, you can move on to exercising and tricks.
